Excellent Service — Fast Furnace Repair After 11 Years This company installed my Carrier heating system 11 years ago, and it has been running great ever since. Recently, my furnace suddenly started blowing cold air and would not heat properly no matter how many times I tried to restart it. I called Marko at A and R HVAC, and they responded right away. Their technicians Jim and Jose came the same day and diagnosed the problem. The two-speed inducer motor kit had failed, and they replaced it immediately. They also cleaned the vent pipe going to the roof, which helped restore proper airflow and safety. The system is now working perfectly again — strong heat, smooth operation, and no more cold air. Thank you to A and R HVAC, and especially to Jim and Jose, for the professional, fast, and honest service. It’s great to work with a company that stands behind their work even after many years. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Furnace Replacement – Safe, Clean & Affordable I live in Palo Alto, California, and my old Fraser-Johnson furnace had become unsafe. It was producing a carbon-type odor that caused runny noses and watery eyes, and after several service calls I was told the unit could no longer be repaired and needed full replacement. I received multiple estimates, but most companies only offered expensive heat-pump systems that were completely unaffordable for me. Thankfully, a friend recommended A and R HVAC, and I am very glad she did. They offered me a new Carrier furnace with very low carbon-monoxide emissions at a price that was truly affordable. The team was honest, knowledgeable, and gave me options that fit my home and my budget. I immediately approved the installation. The installation was done professionally and cleanly. They removed and properly disposed of all the old equipment and left everything neat and safe. Since the new system was installed, the air in my home is clean, fresh, and comfortable. Our Trane furnace broke down the night before New Year’s Eve at our home in Menlo Park, California, and we were extremely worried about being without heat. Excellent Heating & Furnace Service – Highly Recommended Once again, thank you for your prompt and reliable heating furnace service. Of course, problems always seem to happen when you least expect them — my Trane heating furnace stopped working on Saturday afternoon after Christmas, and I was worried about how long it would take to get help. I called A and R HVAC and left a message, and within two hours they called me back and scheduled a Sunday morning appointment between 9 and 11 AM. They arrived right on time and were able to replace my Trane thermostat control and air filter, and they also discovered a water leak from the air conditioning system, which will be taken care of later. I have used A and R HVAC before at another property in Saratoga, California, for a Trane air conditioning repair, and they always respond quickly, professionally, and exactly when they promise. This company was the fourth I contacted and got estimates for replacing my furnace. I chose A & R (Marko) because he’s practically neighbor and local here in my city. His estimate was reasonable and close to all that I contacted. He gave me tips and tricks on what to do for proper maintenance on all our HVAC. Tips on not needed and money savings maintenance. I am glad I decided to choose his company because Marko did a great job replacing my old, over 40 yrs, furnace. He did everything in one day, installed, checked and even checked my upstairs furnace and A/C too done by somebody else. He made a correction on the A/C duct that was incorrectly installed just a few years back. He smelled a little bit of gas coming from my water heater and he was able to fixed it as well. He was extremely easy to contact when I had a question the next day regarding the new furnace. I texted him and he immediately called me back and helped me fixed it. I am happy with my new money saving furnace that he recommended. I would recommend Marko to everyone that needs help with their HVAC anytime. Now I don’t have to worry who to call for any problem regarding heating and cooling my house!
