⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Furnace Replacement – Safe, Clean & Affordable I live in Palo Alto, California, and my old Fraser-Johnson furnace had become unsafe. It was producing a carbon-type odor that caused runny noses and watery eyes, and after several service calls I was told the unit could no longer be repaired and needed full replacement. I received multiple estimates, but most companies only offered expensive heat-pump systems that were completely unaffordable for me. Thankfully, a friend recommended A and R HVAC, and I am very glad she did. They offered me a new Carrier furnace with very low carbon-monoxide emissions at a price that was truly affordable. Of course, problems always seem to happen when you least expect them — my Trane heating furnace stopped working on Saturday afternoon after Christmas, and I was worried about how long it would take to get help.
